I had been listening to podcasts but just downloaded RockMyRun and discovered that I run faster when listening to music. They have some really fun mixed.

Today I finished C25k! I could not have imagined it two months ago, feels so good. C210k is next!

I just use my normal fitbit steps when hiking and consider any extra calories burned a bonus. If I'm super hungry later that day, I eat more, knowing that if I go over my calories by a little bit it's fine.

On my android phone I just long press the item I want to delete and the option to delete or move entry pops up.

I love eating breakfast for dinner. It's quick and pretty easy to adjust according to which macros I need.

I love making omelets. Crack a couple eggs in a ziploc bag, squish them around, add whatever else you want veggies, meat, cheese. Put bags in a big pot of boiling water for about 14 min. Super easy to make before you go.

Level 1 day 6 today! I'm only feeling a little sore, nothing compared to days 2 and 3. The hardest parts are the push-ups and arm raises with side lunge. Why are push-ups so hard!?
