I listen to podcasts. They're free and I can download and add them to a playlist. Some favorites: 99% Invisible, Wits, Strangers, Criminal, and Stuff you Missed in History Class.

I went for a walk around the lake I usually walk around, 1.4 miles. Most days I walk around it one or two times. Today, it was so beautiful out and I felt great and kept going, 4 times around!

Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! The way I deal with it is by eating chocolate:) and logging it, of course!

I totally respect your decision. I have been struggling with this same thing for the past several years, the impetus being my decision to raise chickens. I found myself feeling awful for all those other cooped up chickens- pun totally intended:) and have only bought organic free-range chicken since then- although in…

I like having a snack lunch, veggie sticks, hummus, crackers, cheese, and fruit. Also salads, I know they can get boring but it's easy to jazz them up with different meats, cheeses, and seeds.

I love it! I look at it like a puzzle, trying to hit my macros and micros each day. I especially love figuring out what my after dinner snack will be, sometimes I get ice cream because I have a lot of calories left but need calcium, sometimes it's a handful of shredded wheat for the iron.

Mini meat-loaves, shredded Brussels sprouts with Parmesan cheese and mashed potatoes.

I wish we had a growing season like that! Not quite as long here in Colorado :\ I have a small garden with herbs, zucchini, tomatoes, beans, peas, eggplant, lettuce, kale, yellow squash, and broccoli.
