Hey guys, my name is Braden. There are a ton of you who are currently in the process of going through weight loss transformations, and as someone who has a pretty good success story, I enjoy giving back to this forum, which helped me a lot when I was losing my weight. You really look amazing! What a change in your own life, and inspiration to others, that it canbe done. I started out at 215, and now weigh 198.6 lbs. I stil carry belly fat which I need to get rid of, or convert to lean muscle. Wish me progress and dedication to this. Once again so proud of you.0
