This is the same exact situation for me, except the husband and half marathon part. It's so frustrating!

The worst pie is better than the best cake.

Gelato! Talenti makes awesome gelato, I just had a 1/2 cup of key lime- amazing- for 210 cals. vs. 290 for 1/2 cup of the Ben & Jerry's I had in my freezer.

Loved it!

I started walking regularly, and then started and completed C25k. I can't reccommend it enough!
-
I'd rather burn 25, then go running:)

Depends on how much chocolate I inhale ;) Usually 2-3 lbs but drops back down a few days later. Eta: the rest of my post that disappeared.

I set mine to lightly active because when it was set to sedentary I would get huge adjustments at the end of the day. This has worked great for me! You won't have to enter steps into MFP, just link your Fitbit.

I was out of town this weekend and couldn't get intetnet! Michonne and Morgan Goals met:yes Attack survived: yes
-
I love Michonne and am so excited about Morgan's return! My three goals are: 1. Run a mile in under 10 min. 2. Track at least 65,000 steps a week on my Fitbit. 3. Do 20 minutes of bodyweight exercises four times a week. This sounds fun! Good luck to everyone B)

I had a difficult time leaving my house a year ago because of anxiety and depression. Since January I have been eating better, lost 30 lbs, and exercising outside almost daily. I feel like a new person! Walking, running and yoga have been great. Just take that first step and know that you are worth it!

I finished it about 2 months ago and I'm still running! The other day I ran 5 miles straight:) I remember starting out and saying, "I ran for 3 minutes! Without stopping!!" I love that every run is a new personal record. Wear good shoes, go slow, and have fun! There will be times when you feel like you can't move to the…

Real butter makes me happy :)

Breakfast for dinner is super easy, we do it about once a week. Eggs, bacon or sausage, toast and fruit. 20 min.

My nephew's cake for his 4th birthday. Yes that is David Bowie and Tom Waits riding a hammerhead shark. Edited: adding pics is confusing

At least one glass of cold brew, black, every day. Less than 5 cal. Sometimes I add 2 T. half&half for 40 cal.
-
This morning on my run I finally averaged under 11 min/mile. 10:56! Still slow, but faster than I've ever been!
-
This makes me so happy:)

Wonderful!!

I said no to running this morning, but I also said no to a Snickers ice cream bar. Could have said yes yes, what a missed opportunity:(

I too suffer from anxiety. I couldn't imagine going to a gym, so I didn't. I found a nice little lake by my house and started walking around it every day. Then I started, and finished C25k at that same lake. I still run around the lake most days but I've started to venture into other areas. I even took my first yoga class…

You can file them down a bit to smooth them but don't remove them completely. If you go somewhere to get a pedicure let the technician know you're a runner and they should know what to do.
-
Yep, exercise. My periods are so much more bearable since I started exercising regularly.

Try an Indica strain rather than Sativa, if that's what you're currently using. Sativa is known to be more of an appetite stimulant.
-
That worked, thanks luisadeziel552! I'll have to keep an eye on that from now on.
-
Big difference! Keep it up!

Nice job!

If you can read, you can cook. I have become a great cook, if I do say so myself;) because I know how to research. If you find a recipe with an ingredient you are unfamiliar with, look it up. Watch a video about how to cut and cook it. If a recipe calls for something to be diced/minced/cubed/grated and you don't know the…
