It varies from woman to woman. Sometimes quite a lot.
The only sure way to know is to compare weight on one week of a cycle to weight the same week next cycle and contrast that with the other weeks. This is because the water weight can fluctuate wildly from a pound or three to more than ten regardless of calorie intake or activity level.0 -
Everyone's different. I gain two pounds right before. Others will go up 7-10.0

I gain a pound or two right before but it goes down steadily during. I always end up weighing less than when it began.0

I have not tracked this...0

I'm usually about 2 pounds. However, I get terrible munchies with PMS so it can be more for me. -_-0

When I was doing slimming world I used to notice a 2_3lb gain0

Mine fluctuates each month. I have some months where I gain just 1lb then months where I gain 4.0

I tend to lose a couple pounds. This could be because I get terrible stomach cramps and belly issues during.0

For me it is usually 0-2 lbs of temporary weight gain.
It hasn't ever gone over 5 lbs.

Sometimes I don't gain anything, sometimes I gain as much as 10. And anywhere in between.0

Sometimes I gain up to 5 lbs, other months I don't gain at all. I never know what my body is going to do at that time.0

I see a slight uptick (2-3lbs) sometimes, and sometimes I get a weird drop right after (like dramatic, 3-5lbs) and then it eventually comes back up. I just assume it's water weight/dehydration/hormones evening out.0

I gain less weight before and have a nice weight loss whoosh afterwards if I eat normal foods at maintenance to accommodate my increased appetite and don't use TOM as an excuse to

This is me too. Up a bit then afterwards down 4 or 5 lbs. Some times I get discouraged that I am up but then remember tom0 -
Usually about 1kg. I like to keep going with my plan and when I come out the other end, I see a loss, so this keeps me motivated. Usually back to normal 2 days after cycle.0

anywhere from 5 to 12 lbs0

I usually gain 1-1.5kg in the 5 days before it starts, then on the day it starts it all disappears suddenly. Probably water retention. That's assuming I eat normally over that week.0

5-10 lbs, depending on the month. I try to stay away from the scale. It drops off very dramatically over 48 hours at the end.0

This is me. I have noticed the increase around ovulation as well. Took me a few cycles to clue into why I was seeing a mid cycle gain. I am happy to see that I am not the only one! Invariably, it happens on a weigh-in day too :P0 -
Depends on how much chocolate I inhale
Usually 2-3 lbs but drops back down a few days later.
Eta: the rest of my post that disappeared.0 -

Whenever I gain 2-3 lbs overnight with no explanation, I know my period will be starting within a couple of days. That happened Sunday, and sure enough this morning it started. I usually avoid the scale until about 2 days afterwards and then my weight goes back down again.0

I always gain 4-5 pounds on my period but it all goes away the minute my period ends.
I also eat EVERYTHING on my period including cookies, bread, pudding, Hostess cakes, etc. It never hurts to indulge.0 -

I usually gain about 5 lbs. But my last period I gained 10 lbs! The weight gradually came off but you bet I was stressing because I gained so much weight!0
