  • Well, after the first week you can incorporate healthy food back into your diet. But for the first week it's just strictly the shake 3 times a day. I'm just wondering how to avoid cravings and the urge to eat something. Like tips or advice :)

  • What about those Reeses that come in the heart, pumpkin and egg shapes y'all... ;) haha the best, so much peanut butter inside! We're awful. Why cant we talk about healthy greens like this? Lol
  • Lol I love trail mix too!! It's like, do I get the healthy nut mix bag or the chocolate mix with m&ms?.... The chocolate one! Duh!! Haha
  • Agreed haha I don't allow myself to eat any pizza stuff unless I kick my own *kitten* in the gym that day! We got the pizza obsession down...now what is your guy's sweet tooth addiction?! Mines donuts
  • Thank you!! This probably my 10th attempt to stick to this 1200 calories a day diet! I'm a small girl with a huge appetite so it's definitely a challange :)
