I am checking in. I lost 2.2lbs last week. I am trying to keep it up, although I have been sick since Friday. I am going to try and stay within my calorie range since I don't want to exert too much energy exercising.

Somewhat of a similar predicament. CW 219 GW 175. I just changed my calorie intake from 1420 (1.5lbs a week) to 1200 (2lbs a week.) feel free to add me.

Sometimes I try and limit myself on late night snacking by doing that, but if I eat after I completed my entry for the day I just go back and add. Then I hit it again.

Okay thank you. I have been using my Sparkpeople app to add my strength training exercises and transferring the data for calories burned over to MFP. Maybe I shouldn't add them at all. :/

Oh ok...this makes sense. I usually do my cardio and lifting together. Maybe I should separate them. I might try and do my strength training on days separate from my cardio.

This is great! Definitely stick with it! I have also read somewhere on a fitness article that it is better to do your strength training before cardio. I am going to try this.
