Thanks! Stretching after biking is easy to forget, but I'm definitely trying to avoid re-injuring myself. That's why I'm sticking to both strength training and yoga twice a week. I also have a foam roller I try to use twice a week. No matter what, I do have a tight IT band and hip flexors though.

Spinach salad with canned tuna, white beans, capers, onions, red peppers and a lemon vinaigrette. It's super satisfying and healthy. I just make the vinaigrette myself by using the juice of half a lemon, adding some shallots, salt, pepper, a little sugar, and olive oil.
