Hi! I'd love to jump in on this! I am very new to running, so mileage isn't really on my radar. I'm just trying to get through training for a 10k! I'm currently on week 5 of a 13 week training plan. So i'm in for 3 days a week of running!

Progress pics are great down the road when you need to see the tiny changes that help keep you motivated. when you first take them though it can be hard! You can do this! I really believe positive self talk is an amazing thing! You can and you will do this! Get a supportive group of friends on here, it really helps!

I'm no expert.. but what did you train? soreness effects everyone differently depending on how hard you train, form, etc. i always get sore the 2nd day after i lift.. If you live near a Costco they have their own Kirkland brand rip off of the Quest bar. Only two flavours though. Power Crunch bars are amazing also. If you have the time you can make your own bars.. just search in google or pinterest and you can find tons of recipes.

Can't you just stack like 2 or 3 of the 45 plates and put your bar on them? or use a fitness bench that's adjustable.. or u can resort to the smith machine... ??
