suprises are my clothes are getting looser n slimmer even i ate in normal portion within 1200 calories per day... i could not done this without mfp apps :) good luck to everyone here

hey there u can take a litter bite instead of a bowl...friends are the best don't ever blame them if they do offer you :) otherwise u just work hard by next few days ? i think should be fine , dun make weight loss journey as a suffer for your own hehe

Oat will be good... usually I ate a big apple at the morning... easy good and healthy it can keep u hydrated and feel fullish

Sleep when u feel hungry usually people who sleep earlyl lose faster the weights ;)

rope jumping ! it took u to burn 12 cal in 1 minutes if u jump non stop haha about 5 min u wil be sweat like hell trust me :) its this do not work u can try jogging :D good luck !

Omg I know that feel and when I jogging at the park I see ppl staring at mine haha thats kinda akward so I just cycle instead of walking :P

I shared my meal with my sister everyday so during my lunch time we just hav different type of food with small portion :) u said if i'm not honest with the calories intake why am i still using this app :( this app is good but just the fact that MFP doesn't hav actual food for asian ppl thanks for commenting btw ;)

I dunno how to open my diary argh... but my daily meal is like this : morning I go to school I ate bread everyday afternoon after school I ate noodle with soup or fried night I ate yogurt or some fruits sometime I drank nut soup

Hi thanks for replying :) I started 10 days ago eating below 1200 kcal... I do workout when I ate extra kcal ,so I dun eat back after workout and excersice twice per week at park btw how to weight solid and liquids because I just use normal machine to weight maybe I have mistaken of that nobody told me :neutral_face:
