how to lose water weight
eventually i had started my diet plan since last month...the weight scale is kinda bad :( with small changing i tried eating less n healthy plus some excersice. until now i think its my water weight maybe? how do you guys lose it ? thanks for the advise and good luck t everyone at here feel free to add me too :D

sleep or nap will gain weight ?!
I'm a student studying half day of school getting tired so decide to take a nap ...will sleeping gain weight ? Mostly I slept for 1 hour

1200 calories below but still dont lose weight
Help me I already ate 1200 cal below and sometime didn't eat till 1200 but why is not effective yet

I am begginer for losing weight currently using accupedo to measure my steps sometime I dun go out excersice and I just walk around in my huz for 1 hr more and it writes 180 kcal burned thats quite happy but do it really effective ? If I just walk with long tie

I'm newbie to fitness pal recently was 73 kg and 160 cm my area is kinda with weird weather so if I dun exercise outside I would just walk again n again in the huz haha wil that help ? I use accupedo to calculates my steps which I do 6500 steps per day if any else excercise to recommend pls tell me I need yr help so much…
