sleep or nap will gain weight ?!

I'm a student studying half day of school getting tired so decide to take a nap ...will sleeping gain weight ? Mostly I slept for 1 hour

Gain weight from one nap? No.
If you nap frequently, though, you're obviously using fewer calories than you would be if you stayed awake the entire day. We burn fewer calories sleeping than even being awake and sitting up (AFAIK - somebody correct me). So over time, if you nap frequently, it could eventually add up.
But not just one nap on one day.-1 -

Sleep is actually good for weightloss. If you're tired and stressed, your cortisol levels rise, and it's harder to lose weight in that state.
Rest if you need it. Just make sure you're active for some of the day, every day, too.0 -
I have fatigue from a chronic medical condition and nap all the time. I lose weight just fine.0
