I don't think this is right, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

This is your own theory based on no evidence or statistics. Statistics have shown that people with strict parents are more hard working, have clearer boundaries, greater achievements, mental health and reduced social risk among other things.
-
It's not about the trophy.. It's the idea that hard work pays off. They're never going to learn this from having a lenient couch.
-
Why is it so high? I had 3 today and already over my daily recommended cholesterol intake.
-
This. Most Americans are brought up by lenient parents. That's why most people cannot handle tough criticism and are generally lazy as opposed to hard working.

Being on the show may be rough and they may treat you badly, but at the end of the day, they are helping you to achieve your weight lost goal. Calling the contestants degrading names has a psychological effect to make them work harder. They are doing this to help the contestants. If you cannot handle the hard work or…

50 carb a day is pretty low. You need carb for energy for your daily activity esp if you into exercising. Never a fan of the low-carb diet. I set my protein to about 1 g per 1 lb of my weight which imo is plenty for building muscle maybe a little more will be fine for assurance. At least 20% fat and the rest in carb.
-
Personally, I think a good diet for weight lost is one that doesn't feel like a diet at all. I can't see myself weighting my food everytime I eat so I always make educated assumptions instead.
-
Do you like white rice or brown rice better and why
-
Why do most bodybuilders prefer brown over white?
-
Yeah and why
-
I see, I like the blueberry flavor.

What you take the middle thing out do you put stuff in it and cook it?

Subbing tea for sugary soda will cut some calorie

I don't like Costco because they charge membership fee :/
-
Well yes but to build muscle mass you have to workout so it goes hand in hand.

I think Nature Valley Protein bar are the best bang for your buck. It's still classified as having high protein and low sugar for a protein bar and you can get it at a regular store.
-
So monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are good and I can take them a lot?
-
Are there any other bar of this caliber that are less expensive? Or close to?
-
By bulk I don't mean that I want to have a big, muscular body, I want to have a lean, athletic physique. I meant that I want my muscle that I gain from working out to show. If I workout my midsection really hard but have a layer of fat on top it won't show or look as good.
-
I'm doing some workout right now but nothing intense. I want to get my belly fat down before I bulk up because I don't want to have more fat on top that will take more exercise to take off.
-
Yeah I meant to say I want to reduce fat as much as possible and gain muscle as much as possible.
-
I think I'm sticking to cut down for now so I'm eating fast food but still in a deficit and I'm meeting my goal of 1 lb lost a week. I'm thinking after I lose about 9 more lbs I'm going to start eating healthier food and working out intensely so I don't put on fat but gain muscle. Also I try to pick "healthy" choices at…
