I use optimum nutrition 100% whey. I know another poster says it's not necessary. I think it depends... for me I would have to eat fish all day to get my protein in and be under my calorie goal without protein powder and Greek yogurt. Yep protein, protein, protein and carbs too. If you're not losing I'd make sure you're weighing your food and tracking calories. So far I've found protein shakes, fish, greek yogurt, chicken and egg whites give me the most protein for the calories. I do two to 3 scoops of protein powder a day to me my macro.

Have you tried keeping the bottle on your phone at night? Anything I need to remember I keep as close to my phone as possible. I would think any gummy you get is going to have sugar or artificial sweetener. That's what makes them palatable. I could be wrong though.

Yeah pretty much... if we're talking literal 8 oz cups. I drink four a day. I used to drink about double that before I quit smoking and I cut back a little when I started this new eating plan because I refuse to have my coffee without cream so I chose to cut back on the amount I drink instead.

Well DH is seeing it as it happens but that's really the only person (besides me) I'm concerned about as far as my weight goes. ETA: I would like to do a 5 k with my older sister one day though. That would be loads of fun.
