Want to start lifting yesterday
Hubby is resistant to the idea. He is afraid I will hurt myself and wants me to do Yoga or Tai chi or something to increase flexibility first. If there any articles you guys can point me to to ease his mind? I know lifting will help me achieve my goal better than any other exercise.

How do you get most of your protein
I have protein with breakfast, protein with dinner, I have a boiled egg for one of my snacks and still I'm not hitting my protein macro. I'm going to add Greek yogurt to the mix today. Any suggestions from anyone who keeps below their calories while hitting their protein macro are welcome.
