Lost 30lbs so far since Aug. 2014 with 80 to go. Cut out all sugar, went low salt and low carbs. Also walking 2.5 miles 3-5 times a week with 15 minutes of Shaun T's Rockin' Body workout.

FullOnBurn - Thanks, I see that now. TR0berts - So I do 5 days of 40 reps of crunches, pushups, squats and other small things. Is that not big enough to worry about and move on? I'm feeling I (we) should log that and be able to see the burns to attribute weight changes.
