As long as you're supplying you're body with enough protein your muscles won't break down, there's 30g of protein in a fresh chicken fillet and that's only 120 calories so it's not like I'm hungry all the time, screw cutting off a 1 lb per week ain't nobody got time for that :P I'm going for about 3 lbs of fat per week…

Cheers for your advice, I'm currently cutting and I'm following a carb cycling diet just because it worked wonders in the past for me, I'm going to continue with 1200 calorie intake unless my strength falls down in the gym

I would call processed food junk food and if a person is not meeting his/her nutriental needs they have a high chance developing a decease down the line

That's true, But I wouldn't advise anyone to eat junk food to lose weight, what's the point of losing weight if you're not being healthy as well? Greens and meat all the way for me anyway, the gym is a great for burning extra calories and building up a nice strong physique
