How would I do that, I have already been dieting for 4 days and worry that if I go back in order to log my normal food diary I will find it hard to diet again. What other diets would you recommend instead of this 1, u am fairly new to this an only really no of a couple of diets.

Need to loose 60 pounds or almost 4stones by summer and heard that no carb is quickest option. Daily goal is eat as lo carb as poss, aim to loose 2-3 pounds per week
