As long as you're staying within your calorie range it doesn't really matter how/when you take your meals. Just a quick side note, I'd watch your sodium intake. What you described sounds awfully high in sodium and sodium will cause you to hold on to excess water which is counterproductive to weight loss.

I felt the same way at my highest weight (196 lbs & 5'3), but I can assure you with a little hard work and dedication you'll reach your goal! MFP is a great tool to get started on the right path and there are tons of people here that are willing and able to help you along the way.

I'm 5'3, and was 185 lbs in this picture (SW was 196 lbs but don't have pictures) 120 lbs after. I yo-yo dieted for awhile, lost weight here and there. The last 45 - 50 lbs I worked my butt off (literally) to lose through a combination of eating cleaner, tracking my calories on MFP and lots of cardio like jogging.

Janet basically covered it. I know how hard it is to try to eat right during pregnancy, I just had my son 2 weeks ago and also have a 2 year old daughter. All you can do is eat right most the time, it's okay to indulge in Doritos occasionally lol. I gained about 25 lbs with both pregnancies. Eating lean meats is ideal.…

Thank you! It took me a little longer last time but I was also hanging onto extra weight on top of baby weight. We'll see how long it takes to lose these last 10 lbs. Right now I'm just watching what I eat, I'm waiting to get back to any exercise until I'm cleared by the doctor. My appointment is February 5th, so nearly a…

The last month of my pregnancy I absolutely couldn't keep up with her but a lot of my energy has already returned just two weeks after so it's getting easier. She's also happy about…

Thank you again for the great compliments everyone, reading these comments helps bring that motivation back! I had my beautiful son, Gabriel Judas, two weeks ago and absolutely can't wait to get the okay from my doctor to get back into an exercise routine. I'm happy to say I only gained 26 lbs with this pregnancy and as of…

Thank you! I'm definitely a lot happier and more comfortable in my own skin now. I really appreciate all the great compliments from everyone, it makes my day! I'll have to make an update after baby comes, I can't wait to get back into working out full force come next year.

Thank you all for the compliments; I'm glad I can help inspire/motivate any of you on your journey. Looks like I'll be back on the weight-loss wagon come next year, I just recently found out I'm pregnant again and due in December. Hopefully I'll be lucky again this time around and only gain the recommended 25 lbs!…
