Oh ok thx for your replies everyone. I have set my goals to 1lb loss for one week also my active level is lightly active. My mfp is saying I should eat 1360 calories per day. I will try for 4-6 weeks and see if I loose. I'm still scared it might go the other way if I put on. I will be absolutely sure I log everything…

My cals for the day is 1200 and my dinner is around 450-500cals, lunch around 300 and breakfast around 300 but my problem is I don't stick to my plan I'm always so confused then I end up binge eating. Yes I do usually have lunch around 11.15 which would be a wholemeal sandwich with salad and lean meat slice then dinner around 5.30-6pm but I found I was getting constipated (tmi) sorry. So now I will try salad with protein . I'm on 1200 cals a day.

Thankyou so much for your replys please as help can u send me a days meals sample guide of what you guys eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, as I cannot open ur food diaries. My food is mainly cooked at home similier to what you guys eat using about 2 tablespoons oil so just needed help really.
