  • What I do is 1/2 C oats with 1 personal size greek yogurt. Simple, easy, high protein, large variety of flavors. Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, berries or nuts if you want.
  • It's discouraging and confusing to weigh yourself so often. Weigh yourself every 2 weeks on the exact same day and time of the week. (I use every other Sunday) The best time is in the morning, after you go to the bathroom and before you eat anything. Good luck!

  • I notice a big difference! Good for you! And don't get discouraged by the number on the scale, you may have only lost 11lbs but thats still great and remember, INSANITY program causes you to gain tons of muscle, which weighs more than fat. It's about the way you look and feel, not pounds lost necessarily. Keep it up!
  • Cut bananas into slices, freeze, then mix up in food processor. It becomes a texture like ice cream! Add chocolate protein powder or peanut butter to mix it up. :)
