I have a sweet tooth as well. I make sure to fit some sort of "sweet treat" into my calorie goal for the day. Yasso- Frozen greek yogurt bars. All kinds of delicious flavors from 80-100 calories. Sea salt caramel and coffee chocolate chip are my favorites!

I love Silk brand. unsweetened Almond Milk. I think it tastes great and it only has 30 calories per cup! I don;t know what is available in the UK though.
