I've always used mfp & food scales that's why I managed to loose 7 stone. Haven't lost anything this past year at all

I've never tried Pilates or yoga but would definitely be something I think I would consider. I will never give up I feel like a totally different person from who I was. I think I'll need to watch a few videos on YouTube and maybe steal some to make up my own routine xx

I had been going a mix of sit ups, crunches. Kettle bell & Swiss ball exercises as well as using weights I think I need to concentrate on it specifically for a while. I've Also started running to get more body fat off xx

2 of my gym sessions each week usually involve strength training. That's why I have been able to make such an improvement on my legs and arms. Which I feel is now making my stomach look even more saggy

Sorry why does it not make sense? If I had just being doing cardio all this time my skin and shape would be totally different from it is now. I'm talking about long term goal after reaching target weight.
-
No I have been weight lifting for almost 2 years now. I just meant to reach target before waiting to concentrate on toning and shape change alone with no further weight loss x

I'm 26 from Scotland and using this app with clean diet and exercise I have changed my life and lost 7 stone. Struggling to loose another two but quite happily turning obvious fat into muscle. Would really appreciate some help & encouragement along the way. Feel free to add me xx

I sometimes get like this too. There is no harm in having a little bit. Try dark chocolate as after one square I am usually satisfied as it is so rich. But could eat a full bar of milk choc. Also I find options hot chocolate sachets pretty good xx

Haha thanks! Yeah I mix things up I do weights and also different classes at the gym so body combat attack etc, aswell as running. Also do cardio in the gym too. I think the bmi in an awful tool. It makes no sense. Takes no consideration of muscle weight or shape into things like you said. Xx
-
Yeah people continue to comment but I just don't see it myself. I am still according to British bmi overweight/obese I think. Which I know is total nonsense. I know myself I still have a bit more weight too loose and continue to get strength and tone up x
