Hi guys
I have lost an overall weight of 7 stone over the past 2/3 years.
Hit a point where the weight no longer coming off. I do train a lot and can see I am still clearly turning fat to muscle although the scales are really making me sad :o
I tried to cut my calories down but seem to get really hungry because of training.
Looking for some advice and anyone to add me to help me along

Thanks k xx

Are you taking measurements as well as weighing on the scale? If you've reached a point where you're trading fat for muscle you'll get smaller without getting lighter. How far are you from goal - are you more pleased with your shape even if the scale isn't doing what you'd like?

From your profile photo you look to be at a healthy weight already. Well done on that huge loss
Keep up the training and stop worrying about being a certain number on the scales.

I would still like to loose ultimately another 2 stone or there abouts. I am quite tall so think I carry my weight well as aposed to others. I've taken up running aswell which I know should help. I really wish I had taken measurement from the start. I started off At uk size 24 and now 14/16 xx

I'd say the best thing you could do is change your mind set about the scale. If you're in a healthy weight range (and you definitely look like you are!) then I think switching your focus from the scale to fitness goals would be your best bet. A scale is a number only you can see, but others will see the results and effort you put into fitness.
I was doing the same thing, focusing on the scale. Then I started trying to get stronger and more fit, the scale wasn't moving but others were commenting that it looked like I had lost weight.

Yeah people continue to comment but I just don't see it myself. I am still according to British bmi overweight/obese I think. Which I know is total nonsense. I know myself I still have a bit more weight too loose and continue to get strength and tone up x

Well...you have some nice sized boobs too so bmi isn't always the best tool to use! My bmi is overweight as well but I carry it all in my hips, thighs and booty. Bmi doesn't take into account for weight distribution.
Have you tried body weight exercises? There's some awesome ones on Pinterest. I'll cycle through 4 different routines and add in hiit cardio like jumping jacks, skaters, knee highs, etc for an overall balanced workout.

Haha thanks! Yeah I mix things up I do weights and also different classes at the gym so body combat attack etc, aswell as running. Also do cardio in the gym too. I think the bmi in an awful tool. It makes no sense. Takes no consideration of muscle weight or shape into things like you said. Xx
