I do not bank calories - I make sure that I am eating enough when I am hungry and workout daily. If I were to "bank" calories, I would probably not be very successful. The weight I lose throughout the week would come back every weekend. I just use moderation throughout the week and over the weekends... Just do what works…

I am joined a site called Diet Bet for this month - you should join! For $30, you can join a community of people trying to get a kickstart to weight loss. If you make your goal, 4% loss in 1 month, you get your money back (and then some!!)! This is just going to add a little more incentive for me to stick to my goals :)…

Yes, you can count it as water. I mix mine with an entire bottle, rather than just the 8oz. Good luck!
