When I work my night shifts I do not eat at all I drink tea and water..I go home go to sleep till about 10 I have brunch prepare supper go back to bed at 1 till about 5 than I eat supper before I head out..its only 2 meals in the day but there bigger ones that I fit all or most my calories Into..it seems to work good for…

I make Sheppard's pie with cauliflower instead of potatoes..also lazy man cabbage rolls with cauliflower Instead of rice..both very good

Taco chicken Chicken breast..rub taco seasoning on top, add shredded cheese than top with salsa..bake and enjoy..I also add sour cream on top when eating it is so yummy and the kids love it..

Thanks for the replys I was just so worried that two days eating more than usual would ruin everything..just weighed lost. .2 of a pound for the week..guess that's better than a gain right

I work night shift day shift rotation..my night shift is 6-6 I eat my supper before I go to work and do not eat anything during my shift I do drink a lot of water and have a tea around 2 am to stay awake..I sleep till around noon and eat when I wake up have a snack than my supper..when I'm on day shift I eat breakfast…

Because kids enjoy hotdogs once in awhile..they are kids..

I find it hard sometimes for myself when I just want to make the kids hot dogs and kraft dinner..after a long day at work..than to think of something quick for myself as well
