Headed to beautiful jamaica ...any logging tips I will be eating mostly local food and I don't want to not log..but I'm not carrying my scale around.
After you weigh everything to make a recipe for your calories per serving, after you cook the recipe is the calorie count still the same?
I'm worried its gonna get old and I'll give up..its been 4 weeks and its working I'm .4 pounds shy of 5 loss but doubting how long the motivation will last.
If you go over on your calories one or two days in a week but are under the remaining days does it equal out or should you not go over any days to get the best results?
Easy quick fast.? Is there any healthier options when you just don't want to cook a healthy meal? A grab and go kinda thing that will be good for a supper?
