Headed to beautiful jamaica ...any logging tips I will be eating mostly local food and I don't want to not log..but I'm not carrying my scale around.

    Just accept that you can't weigh you food. Make sure you're not going on a binge, and don't eat from buffets but a-la-carte. Works for me.
