I am in the boat as you bro, I work three 12's 7pm-7am. I come home smash food then sleep until its time to go back to work. On my days off I catch up on sleep and try not to move much. I am trying to work on this though as I have gained a lot of weight over the time of being on this time of work schedule.

I wouldn't recommend any kind of Bariatric Surgery, Diabetes and PCOS have been related to increase in blood glucose levels. Lower the amount of carbs you are consuming daily and see if that helps before you permanently ruin your body!!
