Hi i keep chickening out on making friends. im a 33 year old single mum in melbourne, trying to loose 12 kg to start with. I've been using mfp for a month or two but not seeing much result and loosing motivation. Please add me.

The only guessing is for dinner, based on total weight and divided by number of portions, everything else is spot on

I can plank pretty good for a beginner, I will look into that 30 day challenge and check out Pilates. Doing crunches/ roll ups is actually harder for me than a sit up. I am not sure why - I think its because all my muscle is in my back and shoulders and not much in front to balance it out :-) is that even an excuse? Lol.…
