Exactly!! I think it's totally okay to splurge once in awhile, I agree with you 100%. If you don't indulge once in awhile then you could end up obsessing over it. Which is never healthy. I agree!! "Dieting" is such a temporary word. It's what you hear on TV when women want to lose an unrealistic 5lbs. It's a horrible word, that should have nothing to do with weight loss LOL!!!

Oh man. McDonalds should just have toilets installed as their general seating area. I don't know how anyone can go there and NOT get "McDonald-gutitis" almost instantly. It is not food. It is NOT appetizing. So. Dang. GROSS!!! hahahaha
