I recently synched mapmyrun to myfitnesspal and let it record & synch my past two runs. I also use my Garmin with HRM to track my runs. Any chips, especially potato chips or Cheetos. Also cake, Oreos, thin mint cookies, ice cream... I just have no self control. I can't buy any of these things to bring home. If I want any of these, I must buy 1 single-serve portion and eat that.

I use vinegar., either balsamic or red wine vinegar. Alternatively, I use homemade salsa or fresh lime juice. I love the vinegar the most, lately.

I used to drink a lot of soda. I trained myself to like sparkling water and now buy it by the case when it's on sale at Costco. When I need a change I squirt lime or lemon juice into it.
