U can do this!!! I have a family of 3 small kiddos & a man child that eats everything in sight! Most times I have to cook them meals that I shouldn't eat so I just have to make small modifications to what I cook that can make it healthy for me. It's hard not to eat bad foods but it gets so easy the more u do it.
