Hi! I’m 5’2” also and have about 20 more lbs to lose, have already lost about 20. It helps me to make friends on here and check their food diaries for new ideas. And workout ideas. Weird I saw this too. But it’s not everyone. When you click on “view diary” in your newsfeed, some come up and some don’t. Must be a glitch. Hope so! I like looking at my friends diaries. Give me new ideas!

Something that works for me is to add friends on here, doesn’t have to be people you know in real life. Just MFP friends, then make your food diary viewable to your friends. Then log every bite. Helps me bc I know others are looking at it. Then at the end of the day, click “diary complete” and it will post it for your…

Hey, I think you’re right, the older we get, the harder it is. But I think it will eventually come off if we just stick with it. Like 1 pound a week slow, but will come off. In your case, that’s 70 weeks. For me, I’m 41 and want to lose 40 pounds, so will take 40 weeks. In the past, it’s fallen off fast for me too but…
