Hey all! I’m new to this app. I’ve become an emotional eater over the past 10 years and I’m looking to get that under control and to stop my food addiction. I have joined the gym, but I know my issue lies within the nutrition part of weight loss. Any suggest and help to reaching my goal would be more than helpful! Any suggestions on easy and healthy snacks too? I am a very picky eater, trying to change that also but it’s harder than it seems.

    Hi! Welcome!! I sent you a friend request. It helps me to have friends on here to support one another and know that we’re not alone in this journey! I like looking at my friends food diaries too. Gives me ideas for healthy meals/snacks. You have to change your food diary to viewable in your settings if you want to do that. Good luck!! Great first step is just logging everything you eat. I need to start back up on the logging tomorrow. :)
