I do this a lot and talked my employer into my own fridge in my office.... I feel like a hoarder occasionally but have found myself in a rut eating the same things over and over again.

Thank you! I pack a lot and was quite successful doing the 21 day fix that i managed to extend to 64 days before stopping. I need to just start that up agaun.

Same here, I need lots of motivation. or I need to hire someone to slap my hand ...especially if I am at the grocery store or clothes shopping

I mostly just take my dog for walks and ride a recumbent bike due to the reduced stress level on my joints and spine.

I have scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, harrington rods, decrepitis knee joints, and chronic pain and fatigue. Every year or two I will have a flare up ( bulging disc, stress fracture ) and have to be put back on prednisone rounds and major pain meds that I have to take with food. I was within 20lbs of my goal last November. I had surgery in December then had a work injury and had to go through 3 rounds of steroids. Now I am 40lbs heavier than last year. I have 40 to lose to get back to last year and another 20lb to lose from there. Need some encouragement. , insight, and some buddies to go on with.
