I eat this apple cake for breakfast every day, and it is SO YUMMY! I bake it every day and eat it with a cup of chai latte (80kcal). the whole cake is just around 300calories. I make it using oats, apples, cinnamon, almond milk, 1 egg and some honey. upload an image

Hi, i was wondering...Based on the fact that you have lost 40lb on 1200 calories diet, does it mean that you will have to reduce caloric intake even more to loose more weight because lighter body needs less amount of energy to function?
