Full english breakfast this morning on the patio: bacon, blood pudding, eggs over easy and soldiers to dunk in the yolk.

Hi! I'm still new here -- I just got this app. I'm really wanting to lose weight and I'm a kind of mindless eater. I don't always realize what I'm eating and I'm trying to change that. I don't have a lot of money to spend so I can't go buy super expensive food. Does anyone have a place where I can find recipes for simple but good tasting food that doesn't contain a lot of calories? Thanks~0

Ribeye and potato grilled over hickory. Potato baked then rubbed with oil, salt & pepper to finish on grill.

Ground turkey and basmati rice with tomatoes and tzatziki
More fruit!
Went for lunch with the hubs! I am a wine girl, but decided on a peach margarita! And had soup, salad and fresh chips with salsa!
Had my parents and my husband's parents over for snackies!

NY Strip Steak, Grilled Eggplant with balsamic vinaigrette, baked red potatoes that I topped with french onion laughing cow wedges.1 -
Lunch was baby spinach, grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, fat free shredded cheddar cheese and dill pickle chips. 1 tbsp. classic hummus. dressing was dill pickle juice.

After the Cinco De Mayo lunch, I thought we were done, but nooo. They sprung the dulce de leche cake on us a couple hours later. Was going to take a pic, but that would have required I put down my fork and stop stuffing my face! Light dinner tonight!!0

Tonight's dinner: baked flounder with mrs dash southwest chipotle seasoning, sweet potato with butter salt/pep, and spinach salad with vine ripened tomatoes, orange yellow and red sweet peppers, and basil balsamic vinaigrette.0 -
Crab, artichoke, enoki mushroom and brie pizza. One of the most delicious pizzas I have ever had.

Went out for drinkies and food for Cinco de Mayo! I ended up getting a chicken gumbo and a bulldog! Husband had wings and tacos!

Two eggs fried over-medium with extra hot Valentina , sweet potato kale hash, and buttered whole wheat toast. Coffee not pictured.

Whole wheat flatout stuffed with leftover corn and black bean salad and lowfat Mexican cheese blend. Popped it into the toaster oven at work, so good!
