  • Good point...I've been constantly cold today too and I did wake up in pretty bad mood. Very weird day...and tried trick with water. Carried bottles of it everywhere.   • I always plan my meals day before and try to stick to the macros. But I'll try to include some sweetness in there. I find it a bit difficult because I like to have quite big breakfast and lunch. My snacks are pretty filling too, and i love fruits so I have to cut here and there a bit to be able to fit that piece (or two)…

  • Thanks guys, I'm maintaining weight pretty well even though I eat carbs in the evening...I just thought about the stories about fat, and how easily its stored from those evening carbs which won't be burned because everything slows down and get ready for the night.
