The only condiment I don't count is mustard. I measure out everything else.

One picture, said 24 (I'm 23) and the other said 44! Yikes!

I have a Fitbit Charge HR and I love it! It's really helped me stay on track.
-
I log everything except black coffee, diet soda and seasonings (I use them rarely and sparingly).

I rarely weigh anything. Meats, cheese cut from the block and that's about it. I'm also 32 pounds from goal. Once I get down to my last 10 or 15, I'm sure I'll start weighing more often.

Skimp calories during the day so I can eat a big dinner and dessert.
-
I have the Ozeri one posted above. I love it!

You can feel free to add me. My diary is open to friends!

I eat less than I burn. That's about it.

Turkey meatloaf made with cornbread stuffing, mashed caulitatoes and green beans.

My head hurts.

These are the days where I have a big bowl of soup. Something about the warmth makes me feel fuller.

I drink 32oz of plain water a day, if I'm lucky. Your body gets water from the food you eat too. Drink if you're thirsty, otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

I have mini Twix bars at home calling my name for after my workout tonight. Haha!
-
I save a lot of my calories for the evenings. I like to eat a filling dinner and some chocolate every night.

I just picked 140 because that's the weight that I am a pant size 4/6 (depending on brand). My low weight was 135 and I was still a little pudgy for my liking. My ultimate goal will probably be around 115, but we will see how I feel.

I drink a lot of diet soda and coffee. I don't think I could ever give it up, haha.
-
I eat lighter throughout the day so I can have a bigger (600-700-ish calorie) dinner at night and a couple pieces of chocolate before bed.

I use Market Pantry from Target. It's about $18, 25g of protein and 160 calories per scoop. It doesn't aid weight loss, but it helps me meet or exceed my protein goals.
-
I drink a shake made with one scoop of 25g chocolate protein powder, PB2 and unsweetened vanilla almond milk in the afternoon. 265 calories and it keeps me full until dinner at 7pm. I buy the Target brand and it is about $18 for 25 servings.

I second the Fitbit Charge HR. I've had a Misfit Flash, a Jawbone UP24 and now my Fitbit and this one is definitely a million times more accurate than the others.

I have suffered from an eating disorder since I was 9 years old. I've gained and lost, gained and lost the same 40 pounds almost my entire life. Now I have a beautiful 4 year old little girl that deserves a healthy (mentally and physically) mommy. I'm learning to take control of my life and get to a happy weight in a…

Takes 30 seconds out of my day to log.

How hard it is to do this healthily with the eating disorder I've suffered from almost my entire life. Very emotional journey for me.
-
I rarely eat mine back. Depends how many calories I burn through exercise and how hungry I am.
-
First goal is 140. My low was 135 and I was still a little chubby. I'll probably settle around 115 as a final weight.
-
I had an UP24 and switched to a Charge HR. I prefer the Fitbit.
-
Is this for real?
-
This. I only quit it long enough to get my sweet tooth under control. Now I eat sugar every day in small amounts.
-
Adding! My goal is about 33 pounds.
