Doesn't hurt your weight loss, but it will hurt your health.

I'm down another pound this week!

TJ Maxx always has nice jeans between $10 and $20 a pair.

Fazoli's and Culver's are two of my faves. Both have lower calorie options if that is what you are looking for.
-
I lol'd.

5'5", 174 and I eat 1200 during the week and allow myself 1500 on weekends. Works for me.

If I know I can't control my portions of a certain food, I just don't eat it at all. Peanut butter is the bane of my existence. Thankfully, I found PB2 a few years ago. If I didn't have that alternative, I just wouldn't eat PB in any form.

I count the 20 calories of almond milk I put in my coffee every morning. 20 calories is 20 calories.
-
I fit all of the food I eat (which includes fast food, candy, etc) into my daily calorie allowance. I don't like to cheat myself.

Coffee with almond milk and splenda. A liter of water.

Poop comes in all colors, including green.

I unintentionally do IF most days. I don't eat until noon and am done eating for the day by 8pm. It just works out that way because I'm not hungry in the mornings.

I don't know, but now I'm going to buy a jump rope after work. Haha!

I eat 4 Hershey kisses when I want chocolate. 89 calories and takes care of my sweet tooth.

I have a Charge HR and I love it! Wearing it every day has been super motivating for me.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It depends how hungry I am. As mentioned above, most people eat 25-75% back because MFP overestimates calorie expenditure.
-
I just eat a few Hershey kisses and log them within my calorie budget. Seems to do the trick.

I gained about 5-7 pounds over winter and already lost it. I agree with the first two ladies. Summer is the time to socialize and swap dinner calories for beer calories! B)

I have taken 300mg of Wellbutrin XR a day for over a year. I haven't had any issues.
-
I'm 5'5" with about 34 pounds to lose. I sit at around 1200 per day and eat back my Fitbit calories if I'm hungry.
-
Probably from throwing up because those shakes are rank. Yuck.
-
Going to take a 20 minute walk on my lunch break and do 40 mins on my stationary bike after dinner tonight.

It sounds stupid but when I started cutting out greasy foods, my skin actually got worse before it got better. I went through about six weeks of complete hell, and now my skin is clear (except for the occasional blemish).
-
My fat intake is always high. I eat a lot of eggs, nuts, avocado and fish. As long as you are still within your calories for the day, I don't see a problem.
-
I second Palmers cocoa butter. Also, exfoliate those areas a couple times a week.
-
This too! I hate exercise if I don't have fun with it.

I love my Charge HR!! Mine seems to be pretty accurate, though no fitness tracker is going to be perfect. Well worth the $150 for a solid fitness watch. My only complaint is that it's not waterproof, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. If you are big into running/hiking or anything measuring distance, I think a lot of…

I don't eat breakfast because I don't have an appetite until around noon. Lunch is my first meal of the day.
-
I bought a footlong egg salad sub for lunch (major craving) and intended to work the whole thing into today's calories. Only ate half before I realized I was satisfied. On top of being super proud of myself, I now have lunch for tomorrow as well. Yay! ;)

Give yourself small goals instead of focusing on the whole amount you want to lose. This one was most helpful for me because I am easily discouraged.
