  • Meant that they use different names yes they do have to put sugars down on the label but it's also the hidden sugars that occur naturally in fruit n stuff it's only added sugars that need to be labeled. Big bedmate going on here in the uk regarding ladling on food as it still isn't as clear as it should be.

  • I have been using scales since starting on MFP and its best ting I have done I also weigh liquid on the scales as 1g = 1 ml. For example 250 ml of water will = 200g no mater what the density wasn't sure at first but checked on line and seems to work well. I also have high blood pressure so keep an eye on my salt intake…
  • Thanks for sharing I too had an accident where I came off and took the skin off my right shin the helmet saved what little sense I had. I also believe that it should be made a leagle requirement if you wish to ride a bike especially on the road

  • I recently wrote down what I used to eat on an average day before I decided to diet. My average intake would range from 3000 to 3500 so nothing wrong with apatite just stopped eating rubbish ended up topping up with some pork scratching my weakness lol

I do know that eating under is not a good thing but what I am eating is all healthy low fat stuff it just fills me up mor now lol btw I'm 5.10 and weighed in at 19.3 two weeks ago eating high finbber and high protien think that is filling me up thanks for the advice though

  • Height 5,10 weight was 19st 3 lb diet is very varied plenty of chicken fish n veg very little bread and most dishes cooked from scratch. Just seem to fill up quick now lol. Shouldn't complain I suppose ha ha
  • Yeah great first week lost almost 6lb. I'm trying to keep to weighing my self once a week to start with. Thing is I I'm a man who loves his food and used to eat a lot more than this so thanks for your reply and yeah all the utensils n stuff are great.
