I use felt free Greek yogurt 2% milk or water a banana and low fat peanut butter yummy if I do say so. I am also looking at adding just plain protein powder to said mix for post/pre workout

You need to weigh it thawed as well as you don't have any info to go by salmon is high in calories, protein and fat but the fat is good for you in other ways. Sexystef got numbers about right

First of all you lost 10lb fantastic well done. Secondly as in other comments it sounds like the person is indeed jealous and prob feels threatened by how good you are going to look. Please try and not let this get to you try and see a positive in their negativity

I personally have lost 3 stone 2lb since beginning of January so yes it is and this is through cleaner eating and calorie deficit

I agree with other replies as well calories come in the form of. Carbs and protein = 4 calories per gram and fat = 9 calories per gram. With most processed and fast foods sodium and sugars are the problem

Personally I eat dry dishes like tikka (no masala) saslikck is my personal favourite. I also share my accompaniments and have a roti instead of nan as stated above ghee is a staple in many curries and this is not low fat.

You should not be hungry all the time you must be doing something wrong sorry. Yes the water thing is a good thing but maybe you could try more protein in your foods I personally use fat free Greek yogurt for my cravings. Or for more savoury tinned tuna both high in protein just a thought

To set yourself such a goal is one thing to reach it is another. Without more information ppl can't give good advise sorry. We need to know how active you are for one how many callories you are on for another
