How can I build a recipe that I need to include other recipes I have made to make a complete recipe. E.G lasagna made with my own sauce and lasagna sheet? I can't get a proper count if not.

Recipe builder - just write in how much of each ingredient and how many servings and it will calculate for you.

I’m not sure what you mean, because you can always just copy/paste the ingredients for however much sauce you made in each recipe you use it.

Otherwise, you can save the sauce as a personal food, and use it as an ingredient in the recipe builder.

Happy to help  ! Making stuff in bulk is so much easier, I like big batches of everything.
