Day 1 was pretty bad, I made a high calorie casserole that I have a weakness for, and ate waaayyy too much of it. Day 2 however went well, kept my calories under and it was 1/3 nights at the gym for this week!

Just a casual runner here, I'm really just getting back in to it after years of being unfortunately sedentary. I'd forgotten the amazing feeling running brings me, I'd definitely love to connect with some other runners!

I'm struggling hard with getting back in to the gym, definitely gonnna jump on this challenge! My goal is to go to the gym at least 3x a week for the next 6 weeks(or ya know preferably longer XD)

Day 4. April 4th. Work day. 28482 steps. Another high one!

Missed day 3, chilled with my fella last night who I didn't even know was off, work till I got home, I'll do it this evening!
