I have same goals. I am 5'4" and I started around 184 lbs and wanted to reach the normal BMI i.e 145 lbs for me by the end of year. But it's bouncing in 162-166 since last two months. I want to be stricter with myself and reach nearer to my goal by new year. Target is being 150 lbs at least on 25th December. Please count me in.0 -
