I do some intense cardio routines and burn from 700-1,000 per workout, so I do eat back some calories, but with healthy choices.

I make zucchini spaghetti, just use your favorite sauce. We love it in my house.

Vanilla almond milk. Will have some sugar but not a lot.

I had a few bad attacks and someone told me flaxseed pills, they come in gel form, with warm water or tea !2-3 times daily. I did that for a few months Haven't had an attack in 2 years.
