  • Just hoping it’s not my age. I have heard it’s harder to lose weight as you get older. I can say it was much easier to lose weight in my 30’s than it now is in my 40’s but I am just going to keep going.
  • That’s something I worry about for sure is over estimating my exercise calories. I am using my Fitbit and have it linked to MFP so I try to use caution when eating them but maybe I should try not eating them back! Thanks for that advice

  • I just put in my stats and what I wanted to lose per week which was one pound and that’s what I have been aiming for. I do use a food scale to weigh my food.
