I like chicken breast roast turkey breast, tuna, salmon eggs, lean pork. elk meat is a high packed protein with little fat if you don’t get the farm raised kind.

I agree. Make one small change make it a habit. Been choose another change. Before you know it eating better just comes naturally. I also agree with everyone else says don’t make it too restrictive. Feel free to add me.

Something else to keep in mind is that at first you lose weight rapidly especially when you start with changes to both food and exercise. But with the exercise your body starts to trade fat for muscle and muscle weights more that fat. After the first month you should take your body measurements and see if there’s change.…

I love this thread!!! I am super frustrated that I can’t keep on track with my food on the weekends and my progress has plateaued. My little victory is I still got up and got to exercise this morning and exercised at lunch!
