Cooking! When all I can think about is food it helps if I make a big, labour intensive meal (usually a curry) that I can portion out and freeze. I have a little bit for now and save the rest for lunches and dinners. It passes the time and satisfies the cravings.

I'm not sure. They're homemade but I generally log for around 1,000. I suspect it's less.

It's not that I dislike salad more that I REALLY like everything that's bad for me. I can't say no to my cravings. I suppose what I am lacking is will power. I keep hoping I'll find some motivation lying in the laundry basket or underneath my last cheesy nacho. Definitely going to try prelogging though and see how I can…
